The setup program can be forwarded for free.
Kunsmann Software-Entwicklung recommands everybody to forward the setup programm for free.

The software can be tested for free for a maximum of 30 days.
If the software is going to be used after 30 days of testing, one or more regular licences (depending on no. of users) have to be bought.

Procedure to get licence(s): User orders licences disignating name, address, recommanded Licence Owner Name and No. of Licences (no. of users).
After paying the licence fee the user receives a Licence Key.
By entering Licence Key and Licence Owner Name in concering textboxes within Settings Dialog of PC Printing Calculator, the software is licenced.

User is permitted to enter the Licence Data (Key and Owner Name) at as many PCs as the No. of Licences he ordered.
It's prohibited to enter the Licence Data at PC's, which are not owned by the Licence Owner nor are localted at a different address as disignating when ordering the licence(s).
The permission to use the licence as said above has no limit in time.

Kunsmann Software-Entwicklung has the right to use any technique available to ensure that this terms of use are meet.
That is to prohibit further use of licences, which has been used in a way violating these terms of use.

Software modifications are prohibited.

Guarantee for any damage, resulting in any software errors, is limited on cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liablety for damages is limited to the amount that would have occured doing regular System and Data backups.

There is not guarantee and no personal or telephone support at all on the free test version (not licenced version)
If you face an problem or error, please send a description via fax or email.
I'll try to help you as quick as possible.

Violation on these terms of use cause a contract penalty at the amount of 10 000.00 Euro.
Additional compension is left untouched.

Is case part of these terms of use are undue (in terms of local law), the remaining parts are left untouched
and the part in question shall be replaced by a legal term having a meaning as close a possible to the orignal meaning.

Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent court of law at 76829 Landau/Pfalz/Germany.
