• Optimized the Compact Display mode: Command Buttons for Settings, Manual and Editing Tape are now accessible via the general command button 'Other Commands' and related context menus. So the software looks better now (more jovial because of less no. of command buttons) and is still easy and quick to handle.

• A bad error has creeped into the software: not only if the 1st operation after starting the software was a multiplication or division, but also if it was an addition or subtraction, the 1st input value was ignored. Unfortunatally, I didn't notice that for quiet some time. I beg your pardon. Now PC Printing Calculation works right again. To avoid such a bad error occuring again, I have invented some systematical tests.

• The process to get a test licence was modified. The user getting the test licence is now completeley anonymous. Note: Even the old process wouldn't enable me to find out, who got a licence key. But: some suggestions on this point were possible up to now. Now, this is completely impossible. (in fact, this was never the aim anyway.)

• Introduce a new progam icon.

• If the 1st operation after starting the software was a multiplication or division, the operation wasn't run right (0 * 2nd value input = 0). The error was fixed.

• Optionally language setting: english
• Introduce hotkey (Shortcut) which gives ability to activate Tape (in order to add labels or remove positions).

• Ensure, Tape labels are printed.

• Ensure, last row of Tape is always visible. (Depending on window size, last row (=current row) was sometimes out of sight.)

• Grid lines of Tape optionally hidden
• Sub Total available
• Compact display mode available
• Numeric keyboard buttons hidden
• Current value hidden
• Tape occurs above the command buttons

• Program window height can be modified (within certain limitation)
• Settings dialog layout modified (in order to clear arrangement).

• Ability to store contents of Tape to a file (and so restore it)
• Single positions can be deleted from the Tape. Calculation is refreshed.
• Additional column on left hand side of Tape displayed position number.
• No. of calcuations if displayed besides the Tape.

• The '7' digit couldn't be typed in from regular keyboard key (but only on numeric keyboard area). Error was fixed.
• Setting 'Label Tape positions' wasn't restore when restarting the Software. Error was fixed.

• Doing the last Update, I put an error to the setup program. Error was fixed.

• Im mode 'Automatic decimal point', decimal separator can be typed anyway. This can be a shortcut, wenn typing an integer value, because following zeros (after the decimal separator) don't have to be typed.
  Hint: This doesn't effect the way typing values having decimal digits If, for example you want to type in the value '25.10', (in this mode) your type 2510.
• Up to 5 (instead of 4) decimal digits possible.
• Ability to label Tape positions.

• If a value input was completly removed by the Backspace key, the calculation was continued using the current value. Error was fixed.

• In mode Subtract Immediat, multiplikations and divisions can now be accessed 'directly', meaning it not necessary any more to 1st add the current input value. This seems to be, what most users expect.

• If the decimal digit was type on numerical keyboard in mode 'Automatic decimal point', the software hang. Error was fixed.

• Under certian circumstances the program window was invisible after starting the application. Error was fixed.

• Some commonly used settings can now be selected in the main program window by clicking the concerning command button.

• Additonal Command Button which load the User Manual from the internet.

• If Operating Systems Regional Setting was different then 'German (Germany)', errrors occured when typing in values. This is fixed.

• No more print of date in header for date and time if printed in footer anyway
• Using any kind of predefined conversion, the conversion factor is display as define, meaning to the no. of display decimal digits as defined for the factor, not using the predefined no. of decimal digits.

• Pure Floating Point mode: all input and output is display without formatting.
• Fixed Point mode (fixed no. of decimal digits) now avoids entering more digits as available by the no. of decimal digits defined.
• In order to verification purposes, printed Tape contains a hint if positions of a calculation have been deleted. This is due to a calculation might have lack of consistency if positions have been deleted.

• The Euro conversion can be permanentely displayed as part of the Tape (besides the regular part of the Tape). This means, each input and output value is converted immediately.
• The VAT factors are displayed as part of the caption of the concerning Command Buttons.

Improvement:

• If a calculation come up with a negativ value and this value was used for a new calcalation (e.g. by pressing the Plus key), this negative value was used as input value. The calculation based on the was right from mathematical point of view.
  On the other hand, using the Desktop Calculation in a regular manner, it's impossible to type in a negative value. Additionally the results of such a calculation (one starting with a negative value) are hard to understand. Finally, users usually don't expect such a behavior.
  So, I modified this. A calculation result will always be used as a positive input value, if the ability take the result of a calculation as starting value for the next calculation is uesed.

• Display the most important settings directly in the calculator window (not only in Settings dialog)

• Simplification on licence check

• Additionally to Euro conversion up to 99 further Exchange Rate and/or conversion factors can be defined and used
• A calculation result kann be used a starting value for further processing (within a new calculation). To do so, it's only necessary to run any command (e.g. press Plus key)
• If a Euro conversion or any other conversion was dons, the input value is displayed in the Tape.

Improvements:

• After reseting the calculator or after entering the value zero using any operation caused the last sum to be taken over. This behavior was removed.
• If a value was entered and a Euro conversion was done (without taking the input over, e.g. by running an addition), an in invalid result was displayed. Euro conversion was fixed accordingly.

• Repeat mode for value input. E.g.: typing Plus multiply times repeats plus operation with last input value
